For more than 25 years, I’ve worked with people who want to grow, from senior leaders shaping global firms to individuals figuring out what’s next. My work has taken me into boardrooms, classrooms and coaching circles, helping ambitious people get the best from themselves and their teams.

What really drives me, though, isn’t corporate success - it’s human potential.

I combine the structure and pragmatism of the business world with the perspective of my Buddhist practice, bringing a style that’s warm, down-to-earth and focused on real results.  I’ve logged close to one thousand hours of coaching and led leadership programmes at Partner and Board level, but my favourite moments are always the same: when someone sees themselves more clearly and finds the courage to act on it.

I’m also a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion and social mobility. I believe everyone should have access to development opportunities, not just those with the deepest pockets. That’s why I run coaching programmes for underrepresented groups, create digital resources on unconscious bias, and support initiatives that promote equality across gender, race and sexuality.

Along the way, I’ve served on the International Coach Federation Education Committee and received the Award for Excellence in Training at The Lawyer HR Awards, recognitions I value most for what they represent: helping people flourish in every sense of the word
