4. Refunds and Cancellations

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the start date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 14 and 29 days before the start date, you may transfer to another programme (subject to availability) or receive a 50% refund. For cancellations less than 14 days before the start date, refunds will be at our discretion.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session or programme, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

5. Recordings and Testimonials

Sessions may be recorded for training or promotional purposes. Participants will be informed in advance and may choose to opt out of being identifiable in any such recordings. By speaking during recorded sessions or webinars, you consent to your contribution being included.

We may invite participants to provide written or video testimonials. By agreeing to share a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it in marketing materials, on our website, and across social media channels.

6. Coaching Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Design Your Life is a coaching and personal development programme. It is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for medical advice. You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions as a participant.

While we take care in delivering our content, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation or use of our website or materials.
